Welcome to Africa Rebirth. These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using africarebirth.com, operated by Africa Rebirth Media LLC ("Africa Rebirth," "we," "us," or "our"). They apply to the website and its related member and newsletter features.
Please read these terms before using the website. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.

Our publication and free access
Africa Rebirth publishes articles and other material about African history, culture, identity, and related subjects. All website content is currently free to read, and there is no paywall. Signing up for a free account or newsletter does not authorize any charge.
If we introduce paid products or services in the future, we will explain their prices and applicable terms before you choose to purchase. These terms do not enroll you in a paid subscription.
We may update, reorganize, or discontinue website features and content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every article will remain available indefinitely.
Accounts and subscriptions
Some optional features may require an account or email address. Provide accurate information and keep access to your email and sign-in links secure. Do not use another person’s identity or share access in a way that compromises an account.
Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You can unsubscribe from newsletters using the link in an email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from a newsletter may not delete a member account; contact us if you also wish to request account deletion.

This permission applies to material intentionally submitted for publication. It does not turn a private enquiry or confidential correspondence into permission to publish it. Agree any confidentiality or source-protection arrangements with the editor before sharing sensitive material.
We may decline submissions or moderate content that violates these terms. We do not guarantee publication or payment unless separately agreed in writing. Criticism and disagreement are welcome when expressed lawfully and respectfully.
